Key Responsibilities

The company provides installation and maintenance services to a mixture of clientele in the UK but primarily covering the North of the UK. As Service Manager your role covers the following: CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms and other ancillary equipment.

You will be expected to cover any engineering / maintenance requirements that can’t be covered with internal or external resources. This role will grow in responsibility and become more of a management position in time. The job role will require the Service Manager to be responsible for the daily operational and administrative functions of the service department and overseeing and managing the company’s service contracts, subcontractors and clients.

The role is a mixture of

• Engineering Management
• Client Management
• Contract Management
• Daily operational and administrative management of the Service Division

 

Key Skills and Experience

The company is looking for a strong and experienced supervisor wanting their next challenge or an established Manager with good previous Security Industry Management experience. Applicants have must have proven people management skills with an appropriate level of technical understanding for the Security Industry, standards and technical knowledge.

The company works well as a team and the Service Manager will have excellent support in this role, but also freedom allowing them to manage with their own individual style.

 

Salary and package in line with industry standards. Vehicle / tools etc provided in line with role requirements.

Normal working hours are between 7am – 6pm and offer a 40 hour working week as a minimum – overtime available.

Head office is based in Wakefield, but travel is obviously expected in accordance to support / contract requirements.
