A lovely, town centre opportunity has arisen for a receptionist / administrator to join our clients growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front of house reception 
  • Answering all calls and screening them, directing them to the correct person 
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments 
  • Meeting and greeting Clients 
  • Providing general admin support as and when needed 

Key Skills and Experience

An ideal candidate will have worked on reception before and have some admin experience too. 

Personal Qualities

This company has a real team ethic and therefore this person must be a team player, prepared to put their hand to anything and help out where needed. 

An outgoing personality is a must; you will be dealing with plumbers, electricians, high profile clients.
