Juice Personnel are looking to help our long-term standing client looking to recruit a temporary, part time administrator to join their finance team, specifically purchase ledger.

Ideally, the candidate will have some finance / purchase ledger experience although this is not essential.

The Role

25 hours a week Monday to Friday – 5 hours a day.
Working in the office only
Approximately 6-9 months FTC

About You

Excellent attention to detail
Inputting large amounts of numerical data on to an accountancy software specific to their industry.
Cross checking purchase orders with proof of delivery notes and invoices to be paid
Providing a general administrative service to the accounts team, including post, photocopying, filing, date input
Some repetitive tasks.
