Juice Personnel are looking to help our long-term standing client looking to recruit a temporary, part time administrator to join their finance team, specifically purchase ledger.

Ideally, the candidate will have some finance / purchase ledger experience although this is not essential.

The Role

  • 25 hours a week Monday to Friday – 5 hours a day.
  • Working in the office only
  • Approximately 6-9 months FTC
  • This is a genuinely lovely company to work and you'll be made to feel really welcome! They believe the role will last for approximately 6-9 months at this stage however, it could be longer.

About You

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Inputting large amounts of numerical data on to an accountancy software specific to their industry.
  • Cross checking purchase orders with proof of delivery notes and invoices to be paid
  • Providing a general administrative service to the accounts team, including post, photocopying, filing, date input
  • Some repetitive tasks.
  • This is a genuinely lovely company to work and you'll be made to feel really welcome! They believe the role will last for approximately 6-9 months at this stage however, it could be longer.
