A brand new opportunity to join a leading Telecoms company in Gildersome has just landed at Juice HQ

Key Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator who must have prior experience and knowledge within the telecoms environment with demonstratable skills in provisioning telecoms solutions and use of WLR3

Ideally the person will have knowledge of telecoms billing platforms and handling provisioning projects working alongside Openreach and the main UK carriers.

As well as this, the role will include: 

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Assist in first-line technical support for customers
  • Troubleshoot office technology problems & systems of a limited scope
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Ordering of Telecoms solutions, including lines, calls mobile and data.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Handling first line faults in certain circumstances
  • Ensure smooth delivery of new projects and orders.
  • Use Initiative to help customers deal with issues
  • Co-ordinate monthly billing runs and direct debit collections.

Key Skills and Experience

Applicants must have telecoms knowledge / background / experience. This is essential as our client is super busy and has minimal time to train on the basics.  As well as this, we will welcome applicants with the following: 

  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
  • Ability to learn and develop new skills related to bespoke software
  • Knowledge of operation of WLR3 and broadband ordering procedures
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
