Karen and Terri who both work on our commercial team spent the morning talking to students at Castleford College at the annual careers fair which also included the Royal Army, the NHS offering careers advice too.
The girls had allsorts of conversations as you can imagine, but the experience was a really positive one with lots of young, ambitious and enthusiastic students asking lots of questions.
University isn't always an option and at 16 years old, not everyone really knows what they want to do 'for a job'. We were thrilled to be invited and asked to offer advice about the many, many different career options available and talk about the many different roles we get asked to recruit for daily.
