This months ‘Commitment to Community’ saw our MD Kelly Smith along with many other Wakefield based businesses take part in the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice annual Dragon Boat race at Pugneys, Wakefield.
Thirty-Four people from We are Wakefield took part in the race which was great fun albeit hard-work and very, very cold and in total the team contributed a staggering £4000 out of the total £20k raised on the day.
It was great fun and Kelly has already signed up to next years event!
