This awardrecognises organisations or individuals that facilitate, participate, and enable community engagement, demonstrating the power of giving back.
Juice Personnel have always encouraged community engagement whether that be through team sponsorships, fundraising or volunteering days for staff. In 2024 we launched our 'Commitment to Community' pledge whereby our strategy was a five pronged approach to try and reach out to most, if not all, people within our community.
This was to include the following:
- Sponsorships
- Working in partnership with Local Charities
- Sharing our knowledge and expertise across the district
- Raising awareness on varying subjects of those who need it by using our resources and networks
- Environmental considerations and improvement
Our whole team have embraced the pledge and have taken part in many, many events seeing Juice Personnel not only raise £££s for a number of charities, but also raising awareness. We've helped school children prepare for interviews, we've created a mental health podcast and lots, lots more. We really have thrown ourselves in to the pledge; So to be recognised for our efforts, well, we were absolutely delighted!
